Is it normal to breakout after having a vi derm chemical peel? (Photo)

Wedensday Feb 24th ...I did the peel to help with my acne and acne scaring my acne was minor just a little bit here and there just mostly scars but during my peel I broke out with little pimples and closed hidden pimples as well what should I do is this normal ? Please help
