Is it safer to use a Hyaluronic pen?

It was so many complications from fillers injected with regular syringe, specifically in some dangerous spots, when filler can get to the blood vessel and make blindness or necrosis .How about Hyaluronic Pen ? I've heard, it's impossible, to get filler inside the vessels with hyaluronic pen. Is it more safe ?
