Hi @pixie1220! PRP which stands for Platelet Rich Plasma is a natural and non-surgical solution to treat under eye circles and bags. PRP is highly effective for restoring sunken eyes. Generally, two vials of blood will be collected from the patient and placed into a centrifuge. The centrifuge spins and separates the platelets from the rest of the blood components. The plasma contains the valuable collagen and growth factors from the rest of the blood's components. The plasma is then drawn up into a syringe and injected in the tear trough area. Working microneedling and PRP into your skin care regimen would be a great option for you to help with volume loss, skin texture, and to over brighten your skin! You have great results from your injectables and look amazing, Pixie1220!  It looks like you could benefit from skin tightening with a mechanical device around your eyes such as resurfacing with radiofrequency and PRP injected or applied topically or with microneedling with a touch of Botox

The beauty of PRP is that it stimulates new collagen and elastin to achieve the aesthetic result that a filler or Botox is only mimicking. In that way, PRP treatments are cumulative. The ideal combination would include Laser therapies like Halo, Contour TRL and BBL, all of which have a Regenerative effect like PRP. Treatment for facial aging typically requires a combination of procedures. Each procedure has it's place. Botox is great for movements with expression such as the elevens between the brows and forehead lines. Fillers are great for restoring volume and filling deeper folds.  PRP (Platelet rich plasma) is wonderful from improving skin tone, texture and stimulating collagen. In particular, I have seen wonderful results using PRP under the eyes to improve the appearance of hollows and crepey skin texture. You should have a consultation with a provider who can help you develop a comprehensive program to address your issues
