Best treatment(s) for permanent facial hair removal, acne scar removal, help with very oily skin, reduce large visible pores?

With regards to your concern about facial hair, laser hair removal is a great option for minimizing unwanted hair, however, multiple treatments are required for optimal results. Microneedling is an effective treatment for acne scarring, pore size, skin tone and texture, and hyperpigmentation. Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Unfortunately, hair on a woman's face is hormonal and there are no treatments out there that can get rid of the hair permanently. Laser Hair Removal is a great option to get rid of the unwanted hair now, but it can not stop new hairs from appearing, so maintenance treatments would be needed. When it comes to acne scars, oily skin, large pores and hyperpigmentation, the best treatment would be an IPL. IPL (Intense Pulse Light) helps with evening out your skin tone, minimizing pore size, redness, Melasma, Rosacea, brown spots and much more. Normally patients will need around 3 treatments with an IPL and then some will do maintenance treatments about once a year to clean up the sun damage they received that year. 

Hello, thank you for your question(s).  Laser hair reduction can be very successful for the reduction of facial hair.  Laser hair reduction is a series of treatments, usually 6-8 treatments done 4 weeks apart.  After completion of the series of treatments, you will have significant hair reduction.  It is impossible to guarantee 100% reduction for life. Thank you for your question.  Laser hair removal works great for facial hair and reduces recurrence of glands that produce extra oil and promote acne.  You may need at least 6 or more treatments to sustain a good result.  But often you will see significant decrease in facial hair, acne and darkening of the skin in women who have polycystic ovaries or hereditary facial hair after one treatment.  It is important when applying the laser to the face that the proper laser, power and time be applied, especially to ethnic hair so as to avoid scarring and discoloration.  Overall, you should get a much desired outcome!
