Is there any connection between using micro-currents on the thyroid area and an increase in thyroid cancer?

I had ultrasound therapy a few months ago and then developed papillary and medullary thyroid cancer recently. Might be a coincidence but it's strange to develop 2 kinds of thyroid cancer, one being extremely rare! Any studies?

The NuFace should not affect your IPL at all.  More important is to avoid sun exposure for a week or two before the IPL

Hello, Thank you for your question. The NuFace and Botox are working in different areas and in different ways. They will not negatively coincide.

As much as non-surgical procedures are good for treating fine lines and wrinkles, they very rarely lift the face or tighten the skin like a facelift does.

Nothing negates the effect of botox once injected.  I suggest going to an experienced injector for the best results.  Best, Dr. Emer.
