Even with the stretch marks, you have age on your side. Your skin will contract. The stretch marks won’t go away but the goal is a flatter more sculpted version of you. The lipo approach to the front of your abdomen should be a bit conservative to respect the tissue. A more aggressive approach can be taken to the sides aka silhouette. Based on the photos you've shared, I can see the stretch marks which can indicate some loose skin. However, like you said you are 20 and looking to have more children in the future. However, if the sagging is not severe, you could be a good candidate for a 360 liposuction with BBL at this stage. Young skin, like yours at 20 years old, usually has good retraction capacity.
