Hello, I am a 20 year old male, very active and healthy. I have always been self conscious of my lower eyelids, specifically the obicularis oculi muscle and how prominent and fatty it looks. I was wondering if there were any treatments I could undergo to reduce the appearance of it. It is not necessarily under eye bags or dark circles, it is the actual muscle. I know I am young so I wanted to get a few opinions.

While you do have some protrusion of lower lid fat which can be nicely improved with blepharoplasty, it is perfectly fine to try some filler in the tear trough crease first to see if it can be camouflaged. Be sure to see an experienced injector for this procedure
You would benefit from a facelift and brow lift. The brow lift will decrease the vertical height of the forehead, lower the hairline and pull up the eyebrows. The facelift will pull up your neck at the same time. I recommend doing these 2 first and then consider a blepharoplasty, if necessary...
