Renuva it’s probably not going to give you impressive outcomes.
To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we generally need to see before and after pictures or at least pictures to get an assessment of the outcome.
Patients who have poor quality breast, reconstruction results using implants may need to convert to autologous tissue reconstruction.
This may or may not include TRAM flaps or latissimus flaps with implants.
Fat transfer is going to be inherently limited if there is insufficient host tissue to graft fat into.
The quality of breast augmentation is going to vary significantly, depending on who does the procedure and your candidacy.
Some reconstructive options are quite involved, and some are a little more simple.
All reconstructive breast cancer related surgeries are covered by medical insurance in the United States, though there may be copayments and deductibles.
Either follow up with your previous plastic surgeons or consult with other plastic surgeons who are actively involved with breast cancer reconstruction especially those involved with autologous tissue reconstruction or at least those who have the ability to offer all variations of the procedure.
Sometimes this is better done at academic medical institutions.
