You have a real;atively uncommon lack of subcutaneous or deep fat in the upper lids. The only correction is to fill the area. This can be done with filler, though I would not suggest it. I usually treat this area with fat grafting. However, because of the anatomy with lack of significant tissue with adequate blood supply into which to place the fat, this usually takes several sessions about 4 months apart. Make sure you see a very experienced plastic surgeon with knowledge of the anatomy and fat grafting as this area is tricky and can be dangerous in lesser hands.
