It is highly unlikely that botox injections to the crows feet is the cause of your tinnitus. You should probably seeks further investigation of this problem with an ENT doctor. Good Luck!
This is not a common side effect in my clinical experience of cosmetic Botox injections. In fact, Botox has been used to treat tinnitus by reducing the stimulation of the nerves that cause tinnitus when injected around the ear.
