I have Class 1 bimaxillary protrusion malocclusion. After the orthodontic trement, my upper lip droop and the width of my mouth became smaller. Can a facelift increase the width of my mouth and lift up the upper lip too ? I am 55 years of age. My skin sag very badly.

A facelift is not designed to make changes to the mouth itself but it may improve the appearance by decreasing the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. A facelift would not shorten the distance from the base of the nose to the upper lip. This may be improve by fillers or by an upper lip lift.
