Would RF microneedling be the best treatment for crepey neck skin?

lasers in the office need tob e used consistently with RFMN such as morpheus/fractora. I suggest halo every 2-4 months with morpheus. between I would do clear and brilliant with microneelding monthly and peels between such as cosmelan/enlighten/aerify (see link).


As we age the skin sags there is  nothing  you can do that but try preventative  energy-based or thread-based  treatments or get a neck/facelift earlier in the aging process.  There are numerous options and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes but you need a consultation with an expert.

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

In my opinion, RF micro needling and a neck lift would be used in different circumstances. RF micro needling can help more with the texture of the skin, so if there are some fine lines, it can help with that. A neck lift would be more appropriate for someone who has excess skin that is causing the issue. An examination or photos of you would be needed to determine which treatment might be best for you.
