Im 20yo male,I've been experiencing an itchy scalp especially from the front and the back with a mild hairloss for over a year:5-15 hairs in the shower daily and i notice few hairs falling.my life is stressful,I've had a shock once when my dad got a severe stroke.I visited many doctors and all of them told me my hair is very fine and everyone around told me my hairline didn't change at all,but I feel that my hairline changed very slightly in the past 2 years. could it be a mature hairline?

Telogen effluvium is a cycle of hair loss. Without any treatment, your hair will likely grow back.  You do not need a biopsy for telogen effluvium.

In my opinion, the answer to your question regarding longevity is unknown. There are no studies to document how long Selphyl will continue to affect the hair or if it improves upon standard PRP. Anecdotal Reports say one year or longer. In my experience, PRP alone only as lasts six months. For...
