I'm 22 and relatively thin however after I had my baby my belly button has saggy, wrinkly skin and I have stretch marks all over my lower stomach and some loose skin. Is a tummy tuck the only way to correct these issues?

It’s hard to accurately answer this question without the benefit of your photos, but I’d say that in my experience of doing thousands of body contouring surgeries, if you have a lot of excess & “wrinkly” skin, you probably need a tummy tuck.
