I recently had a tummy tuck , breast lift with augmentation and BBL at the same time. Doctor also performed a mons lift with lipo but I feel it's still fat. Could it be swelling? I am 6 weeks post opp.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is normal to still be swollen at 6 weeks post-op.  I would recommend that you maintain close follow-up with your surgeon to ensure that its just swelling and not a seroma.

Thanks for the photos.  This looks pretty normal to me.  You likely still have some swelling which tends to accumulate in the mons area because of gravity so it may go down a little bit.  Also, don't expect the mons area to be absolutely flat.  It will not be because of the pubic bone.  Make sure you follow up with your surgeon.  I think you will be pleased with your end result.
