I had masseter Botox done about a month and a half ago. And although I really like the results, I cannot smile like I used to. My smile now does not turn upwards and is very contrived and restricted. I also had small amounts of fillers on the marionette area just below my lip corners, and along the nasolabial folds. Can you please advise if a DOA Botox injection will help or on the corner of the lips area? The last picture is when I did not get anything done for reference and comparison. Thank you.

Also my forehead and eyebrows never look the same as before and the same for my lower face it still appear sunken. What should I do? Please Im so anxious

I am seeking advice as well looking for best surgeon on whether buccal fat removal or masseter Botox would be more suitable for my facial concerns. Despite losing weight, I still have a chubby face, which is my primary concern. Attached is my picture for your reference. I would appreciate your professional assessment and recommendations
I had Bell's palsy in Oct 2023, and I promptly received treatment w/ steroids, which resulted in a great recovery. However, there are some minor facial issues that I would like to address such as masseter muscle, undereye wrinkles, lift my eyebrows, and balance my face. I consulted a dr in Tijuana who expressed concerns that any application of Botox may trigger a new episode of Bell's palsy. Could you clarify whether receiving Botox poses a risk of causing Bell's palsy to recur?
I have strong masseter muscles in my lower jaw and am considering botox to soften them, but my dermatologist said it would cause the 'sagging' in my lower face to worsen as the masseter muscles is creating volume. She recommend not doing the botox in the jaw for that reason. Does the loss of the masseter muscle create more sagging?
