Hi i am 40 yrs old 4ft 11in short and weigh 135. Currently have natrelle srf 520 implants and makes me a 36DD. I want a lift but dont know if i should ask to go with implants or not. I want a full B or C cup. Please help, i will have a consultation this fall but im just courious of about what size i might be without implants just a lift. If implant is advised what size would be ideal for my size. Thank you in advance.
Please I need answers. What happened to my breasts. I noticed they started sagging not long after the implants dropped. Only got worse over time! Sagging looks worse than prior to sugery. I feel as if my breast are resting at my hip line. Was there a complication? What happened? What needs to be done to fix this?
I am just 6 months out from breast augmentation (Mentor smooth/round Moderate profile) and Benelli lift. I have 275cc in the left and 300cc in the right to account for slight asymmetry prior to surgery. I did lose 100lbs about 10 years ago. Around 3-4 weeks postop, I started having a lot of pressure in both breasts both on the bottom and lateral sides. My inframammary incision rose slightly in both breasts. From this point on, I could feel the implants bulging along my lower breast and toward my armpits. When I raise my arms, my natural breast mounds raise, but the implants stay low and move laterally. I feel as though the implants have continued to move downward and laterally since that time. I am no longer comfortable in a sports bra or wireless bra and only feel comfortable when Im wearing an underwire bra to support the implant on the bottom and push them in where they should sit. I also feel my implants move around a lot, especially when bending over. When I lay down, the implants drop toward my armpits, while my nipples stay in the correct spot on my chest, although there doesnt seem to be much tissue under them and they appear flat from above and below. I feel as though either the pocket was made too large, or that skin laxity from weight loss is playing a role in my implants moving shifting. Photos show pre-op, 1 week post-op, and current. Please tell me what might be going on and what kind of revision I may be looking at. Thank you!
I had an anchor breast lift almost 9 months ago. I am unhappy with my results. Additionally my breasts have become tender and there is some discomfort. My scarring has not healed well. I also feel my breasts are sagging and the implant in the left breast moves around. I understand I should go see my surgeon but I am considering finding a new surgeon for revision. What could I be experiencing? Displacement? Capsular contraction? 53 Pre op 137lbs Current 147lbs Natrelle SSM L: 175 R: 275
Im 55 year old female with two grown children. I lost about 25 pounds more than 10 years ago and kept it off. My 34B breasts sag but the nipples do not point downwards. Would it be worth it to get a lift with no implants? Id say my skin is very delicate. Should I get an internal bra if I did get implants?
Im planning breast augmentation with a donut lift. My nipples sit slightly low but point forward. My surgeon recommended textured anatomical implants (Polytech or Mentor) for shape and control, but Im concerned about the BIA-ALCL risk and rotation issues with textured implants. Im leaning toward Motiva Ergonomix (smooth) for their softer, natural feel and safety profile. I know the apex on Ergonomix is higher (he mentioned 9 apex), and Im wondering: If I chose a lower profile like Demi or Full, could that offset the higher apex and still give a good result even with slightly low nipples and just a donut lift? Trying to balance safety, shape, and scar minimisation. Any advice or similar cases welcome thank you! Age 42 58 152lbs
is it okay to have a breast lift with implants and have a 2-week recovery before starting college? I would have to carry a backpack and walk 2 miles every day. I also would have to pull open multiple building doors in order to get to class because I go to a college with a big campus. would this be okay after giving myself 2 weeks of recovery?
I had a breast augmentation in 2022. 400/445cc UHP UTM. I had two kids since then, so things have changed a bit. Plus, I desire larger boobs to help with more natural cleavage. I am scheduled for 695/695cc HP UTM implants. But my surgeon said hed advise a lift for my nipple symmetry. He said bigger implants without a lift will exaggerate the asymmetry. Is this true? Can I avoid extra incisions ans have my nipples look at least the same as now? Im wanting to avoid a lift if possible. Thoughts?
