Emotional roller coaster.
Today, I'm not really happy with my results. My butt isn't much bigger than it was pre op. I still fit into my same clothes. :( Hopefully I'm just having a day. but im 100% on round 2.
...Don't get me wrong.. Dass sis a great job with shaping me and my lipo is great. no bumps, lumps, seromas... and the like.. I just wanted my butt to be like WOW and it's just not that.

I think you are going through post surgery depression. You look just like the wish pictures. They look very perky now. I am just not feeling the projection in the before picture.

Because of your review, I have been thinking of seeing dr dass now but am fearful of his fat injection in muscle due to risk of fat embolism. I don't think any surgeon in the nation will give you as good of result as dr dass.

Thank you. you are very sweet. It has been an emotional journey. Some days I'm happy and some days I'm not. and it didn't help that my measurements kept changing. lol

I felt the same but I watched his video of a bbl, and he goes very slow as opposed to some other surgeons I've watched who just jam the cannula in. Also , in the video he pulls out as he's injecting. It's not 100% but his technique seems good

You look amazing!!!!! Your butt my be the same but the contour is different. I hope my clothes still fit but just in a different way. Post pictures of your body in a dress from the front and side and compare it to your body in a dress from the front and side pre op. Surely there's a difference.

Yeah I know I def look better now than i did pre op. 100% I just dream of a big ol booty lol. But I definitely love what he did. The other problem is I didn't take a lot of selfies pre op... they were all pics from modeling or whatever so i don't have a lot of comparison unless i do the same photo shoot again... you know?

Hey girl I have been going through the same thing!! But for me my butt is too high and wide.. it really takes time before you get to see your final results I think you should just be patient. I really believe in the whole fluffing phase :) everyone I know, that has happened too.. and it gets rounder/ juicer as time goes on

if they "fluff" that means they were injected with something along with their fat. I.E sculptra etc. pure fat wont fluff

Omg... don’t tell me that.. l am pretty sure my surgeon injected pure fat only.. and my butt won’t get better then..

Your ass is huge lol I mean your measurements are great! Even if you do got in your pants you still got some good results cuz your butt probably makes way more heads turn!

But I'm def not one to tell anyone to not do what they want! I mean do what makes you happy! lots of people were kinda like weird about me getting my bbl and my boob job too...I know I'll have more cosmetic procedures in the future, to keep me young lol

Do you have good pre op pics to compare your projection to the current pic. You look like you have big projection in the after pic but can't tell if it is the hip that contributes to it. I have flat butt and am afraid big hips will make my booty flatter.

the last pic i posted is to compare to a pre op I took with the same angle. from the side, hips do nothing but overall, hips make butts look bigger. My opinion.
