WORTH IT$6,500
I wanted the round augmented fake look. I told the ps that's what I wanted.
The more I read I should've been more specific about what I wanted as far as profile style went. I didn't get to choose. I spent a lot of my hard earned money on this just to be unsatisfied with my results. I wanted to update my profile with some pics hopefully to help someone from making the mistake I did. I should've been more specific.

I want bigger !

I regret not going bigger!!!
I'm not sure of how big I want to be, but I know it's larger than I am now! I hate to complain, but I seriously wish I had the money I would go back and get a larger implant. I'm honestly thinking about 550-600cc. Oh how I regret not doing it right the first time!

Do you think high profile rather than larger implant would have given you the upper pole fullness? I like that look too of "fake" - getting mine done on 5/20 full lift 475 cc HP salines- did u have a full lift as well? We are so similar sized pre implants so you are a good example for me lol - xoxo

I wish I would have recieved High profile. I wanted more upper polefullness and "fake". Unsure of why I couldn't have gotten them. I plan on going back to get them redone in the future. I will be asking more questions when I do. I may choose a different doctor as well. I think maybe 475 hp woulda been more the look I was going for...oh well:?

The look is not based just on profile. If you keep the same volume and just change to HP you will lose cleavage and upper pole fullness because what you lose is diameter. So when someone wishes they had more up top and more roundness up top what really is needed is more cc...a larger implant and possibly changing profile depending on what is desired. Most of the time it's a matter of just going bigger. Now in patients that have a lift with implants the issue is more based on percentages. The more tissue you have compared to implant the less the implants round shape will show. So in those cases you either take away more of the patients own tissue and substitute it with more cc in the implant. This way the size can stay the same but can give more of a round look. But if someone starts with a lot of their own tissue there is no way to ever have them look fake per say.

I think they look awesome, and from what little shows in the pic perfectly for your body size. I only did 194cc with my lift, I am still going to end up a 36C maybe D. But I feel like you and wish I had went a little larger. Oh well. Bright side- I keep thinking maybe they won't droop as fast not being so big! :)

An update...

I am still doing well. I still regret not going larger because in my opinion the sizers look bigger than what the actual result is. So therefore I will say, the sizers didn't show true size for me.
I hope maybe one day I can go larger. I like the "fake" look. I don't think mine look "fake". I understand that's what some women want, but I did not. I wanted to show off what I paid for! :) Anyways, it will be awhile before I have anymore done considering I have three kids and am still paying for these!
I do understand now why people have multiple plastic surgeries. I believe they know nothing going into it- like asking specific questions, requesting specific things, etc. so they go back and have things redone or something different. That's kinda how I am feeling right now.

U look great!! I too had a Breast lift and implants. My ps only gave me 305cc. I too expresses that I wanted a certain look. And now I have to pay for what I want

You still have some settling to do but will get more of a round or fake look as they settle. Remember how fake a Breast looks primarily depends on the tissue thickness or amount of Breast tissue overlying the implant. Size of the implant does come into play as well but the number one thing is the amount of tissue the patient has. In our lifts we try to take away as much of the droopy tissue as possible and substitute with more of the implant but the limit of this is the blood supply to the nipple. The more aggressive we are at this the more likely the nipple will die. But as time goes on and the implants continue to settle the patients tissue will thin more and give more of the look of the implant. Things should continue to get better. Have a great Sunday.

How was the pain level from then to now? Did you have any difficulties no one talks about? By the way your boobs look amazing! I completely know what you mean by the "fake" look, that's exactly what I want.
