5'4" 130 lbs- A cup/ Athletic (450cc moderate plus Mentor). UTM, silicone, gummy bear. No kids

I’m really with my outcome on this surgery. The first few months were an emotional rollercoaster for me. I was so worried that I went too big. And that my cleavage would be really wide.

2 years later and all of those fears are gone for me. I feel like I went with the perfect size that matches my body well. Also no one has noticed that I got my boobs done. Even people who I’ve known well and have seen me in bikinis don’t notice Haha And people who didn’t know me before my surgery never guess that I had surgery. And they are shocked when I tell them.

This surgery has increased my confidence a ton. I didn’t necessarily want huge boobs. But I wanted my upper body to be more balanced with my lower body. And thats what I think Dr. Richard’s gave me.

I cannot believe it’s been 10 months already. It seems like it was just recently when I was preparing for my surgery.
Update:
They are now really soft and squishy. They were pretty hard and firm for the first 8 months. I thought they’d be like that forever. But now they actually feel like real boobs.

I have 450cc. I’m really happy with my size—it’s pretty close to perfect. If I had to choose whether I wish they were a little smaller or a little bigger, I would chose a little smaller. I think 400cc would’ve also looked nice. And maybe a little bit more natural.
But overall I’m very happy with my size. I definitely would not have wanted to go any bigger. I feel like it would not have looked proportionate on my athletic frame.
I feel like the size of my boobs changes depending on what I’m wearing. They look really big in triangle bikini tops. And they look pretty normal (slightly larger) sized in t-shirts and regular clothes.
