3 days ago I took off 2 more sutures . I believe that may be the last of it as it was the only 2 areas in which I still had scabs and was taking longer to heal. At times I do see a blister here and there around my nipple but then they dry up in day and go away. I stopped using gauze at 1 mth as i noticed my incision weren't as smooth and switched to all cotton bras (breathable) . Worked good, and scars look smooth.

They look amazing! Who is your doctor? It doesn't say on profile.

You had a lift on both sides? The scars on the left side are totally gone!

Yes, I did. I'm not sure if they only do lifts in one side. There's skin dryness/peeling (very superficial) that goes on. Which is why the other looks more brown as it still hasn't peeled off. But overall, even with the seperation, I like my scars.

Yeah, your scars look great, especially for 2 months out! It's awesome how the scars on the one side are basically gone, because you know the other side will catch up soon!

I had an Anchor breast lift with 405cc implants after years of gaining and losing weight and breast feeding. The operation was smooth and was feeling much better after 3 days. Unfortunately, complications, start after 2 weeks of your surgery. Overall I'm happy with how they look. I expect my incisions to completely heal at 2 months. This surgery isn't 2 weeks downtime and expects to spend many weeks for your incisions to fully close. There might be some separation in which I wish I knew was normal. Also, I recommend letting your incisions get some air and not having tape after 10 days. The areas in which I didn't have tape have healed up nicely.

I had tons of spitting sutures which caused healing issues at my T junction. I guess my open wounds started around day 18-21. You can read my full review and see pics if you click on my profile. It gets better and if they don't heal up quickly ask your PS about Bactroban. It healed my wounds up nicely! Take care and happy continued healing dear.

Thank you for posting this. I was not aware of how much downtime I truly needed. I was expecting to be all healed up 1 month post op but realized it takes longer than that.

Thank you for sharing this. I think it's smart to prepare ourselves so we are ready for rough roads. I'm 10 days post op and everything seemed to be going really well until I started to see some blood and discharge the last few days. Did you face a lot of Issues after 2 weeks or mostly just splitting stitches ? Please share any advice you have or stuff you wish you knew :) I'm very interested, thank you for this !

I noticed more issues at 3 weeks. All incision related. I still have about 8 dissolvable stitches I can feel poking through my skin... have you been pulling them out yourself?? check out my profile :)

I'm 4 mths post op now and I just found another one poking out. I took it off with tweezers. I took off my own. So far still healing.

If there's any incisions , just let them breathe. My incisions seemed to make their way out through those opening which is making the healing process take longer. I was able to find some and pull them out . I noticed where I remove, it dries up and closes the next day.

Thank you for this post! I’m one month post op and have spitting sutures opening up everywhere! It’s so disheartening to see and it’s good to know that this is a common complication and will get better. Can you share how your healing is going now? I pulled some of my sutures out today, so I’m hoping I’ll see improvement very soon. I definitely did not expect to still be buying gauze this far out after surgery
