Hey fam.... Just wanted to update you guys....I went to see Dr. Fara this past Friday and he drained fluid from my belly but he stated that I tore a suture either my using my ab muscles, coughing or some sort, I was pissed and so mad at myself. I was wtf, but I realized that surgery is help us get to what we want. My doctor has helped me achieve 75%of the results I want so I know I can do 25% and I am determined to do this by having a lifestyle change. Dr. Fara also told me that TT patients shouldn't ever do ab exercises so I going to focus on other areas of my body. I don't mind going to see my doctor b/c he's the best and I love ATL, we ate at this place called 6 feet under snd it was great. It rained but that never spoils my time. I also wanted to let u dolls know that my navel was smelling and smelling bad and it addressed this with Dr. Fara and he told me I wasn't cleaning it deep enough. He went in about an inch with a q-tip snd alcohol on the q-tip. So I started doing that when we got back to the hotel but in use wound cleanser neosporin for kids on my q-tip and I go in an inch and if hasn't smelled since Sunday, so I happy with that. I also started using a size 40 waist cincher then movedc to a 38 now I'm in a 36 first row hooks, I have it on now so I'll post a pic. I will keep u all updated. Stay blessed!!!!

Each day gets better
Hey RS FAM.....today I'm 44 days post-op I am pleased with my results but I know it's only gonna get better. I went to the ER 9 days ago b/c I knew I had fluid and wanted to see if they would drain it but they didn't, they said it could go away on its own but I know it's not so I will be going back to ATL on Aug 9th to get it drained. I'm so ready to start exercising but my Dr said no until he sees me on the 9th. Aldo I had to order another garment because mine got to big so know I'm in a 38 waist cincher. My back and sides are still sore and just a little swollen from the lipo but everyday gets better.

You look fabulous so far and by Oct I can't imagine how much more slimmer you'll be. Your tummy tuck scar is by far the best I've seen on any woman yet, not lie and I'm not just saying this bc we have the same doctor, I'm being 100. It's thin and you can hardly see it, looks great. I can't believe your still swollen and sore tho, kinds makes me nervous. Dr. Fara gave me a prescription for the swelling the other day, did he give you anything for yours? It's a six days steroid and no it won't make us gain weight, I asked. Lmao. I have my next apt on the 7th, yours us on a sat? Well I'm glad your healing well. You look real good doll.

Hey love, i can definitely see improvement. How are you now? Please keep me posted on the fluid draining because I thought the same thing about the bottom of my tummy, but my next appointment is not until the 20th...I assume if its fluid, it will still be there then. But I wonder if there is a risk of just having it sit in our bodies....please keep me posted!
