I ALWAYS knew I wanted a Breast Augmentation but...

I ALWAYS knew I wanted a Breast Augmentation but decided I would wait until I turned 35 years old. As I began looking into surgeons I decided to consider having a fat transfer procedure as well. I began looking into realself and going through videos but there was not a lot of US procedures...everyone was going to the D.R. for their experience so of course I freaked out at the thought of doing a BA and BBL together. I found Dr. Morales website and watching his videos truly calmed me... his voice was quite calm and reassuring that yes this is surgery but on the other side you will heal fast and I (Dr. Morales) and my team will take care of you throughout the process. With that being said, I set up my consultation. During this time we went through what I wanted and what frustrations I had. I knew I wanted a breast augmentation but over the phone Linda (the coordinator) thought at 126lbs, I may not quite qualify for a BBL. So while meeting with Dr. Morales, I gave him the frustration I had from working out and not getting the results I want to see. He instantly showed me his realistic approach and advised of all of my options which BBL was one. His biggest concern was making sure I didn't have a wish pic in the back of my mind that he needed to know about which I thought was a very good point to make. Most of us want realistic results but have someone in mind that may have been photoshopped. I truly just wanted the fat in my stomach to go somewhere else so we were on the exact same page. At the end of our meeting he seemed genuinely excited about helping me which means so much to me. I went to one other consultation with another doctor and he seemed as if he could care less... put me in 300cc sizers told me anything else would look a mess, grabbed on me and quoted me a super high price. He couldn't even remember what we had discussed when he came back in 3 minutes later...the only thing he remembered was my boots...smh I felt as if I had no say so in my future except cash or credit. So me choosing Dr. Morales was sealed that day! After booking my surgery, my personal life started to change really fast. I had a family situation I was dealing with the day of my surgery but Dr. Morales came in and saved the day. He spoke from the heart about his situation with his family and promised me he would take care of me while I was in surgery. Let me make note that this was my first surgery ever so I was totally nervous but him staying calm and patient reassured me that all would be well. They put me in the bair hugger forced air warming gown (which I'm personally not a fan of... Thermoflect heat reflective gowns will always start patients warm and keep patients warm... but that's another story) and shortly after I was walking into the OR. I got on the table and before I got completely settled the anesthesia team was at work (they moved so fast I could cry...lol). I woke up and instantly started trying to see my results...lol I was nauseous but the crackers they gave me helped so much. I was required to fill my prescriptions at least one week prior and bring them with me so we didn't have to stop for anything on the way home. Dr. Morales gives you everything you need for recovery (except a boppy pillow which will save your entire life...lol) so when I got home, I already had my bed made up for post surgery recovery. I say, the first night was hard (thank God for RN friends) but after that, I had a strategy for getting up and getting back into the bed (my bed is high so it was hard). The next day, I went for my BA follow-up. Dr. Morales removed the bandage from my breast and put me in a sports bra. The pain for the first 3 days on a scale of 1 to 10 was about a 6 but the more you move the easier everything gets. I've read where people needed a urinal bedside and that was never the case for me (so of course I wasted money buying that). Also, I didn't have any drains which I'm so thankful to Dr. Morales for sparing me that horror experience. All of the moving around helped me because day 5 of recovery my family matter got real and I found myself having to drive to the airport and fly home to be with my family. Let me say this... how you D.R. girls do it, my heart goes out to you. I sat on my boppy pillow (and of course got the side eyes I expected but there was too much going on in my life to care at that moment). My butt felt like rocks. Dr. Morales works hard to shape you up right so I had a huge concern about messing up any work but he reassured me that everything was okay which it was. Due to my situation my 2 week follow-up was at week 3 in which I was taken out of my abdominal binder and put into my compression garment. The only thing I did was add the waist trainer on top of the garment. I actually kept this thing on 23 hours a day. I purchased a separate garment that allowed me to wash the one Doc provided me with but did not harm my BBL I also needed something I could wear a dress with. At week 4 I started my lymphatic messages (thank you Dr. Morales for comping the first one). Again, you D.R. ladies... HOW DID YOU DO IT DAY 2 or3... HOW...lol Ms. Natalie was so patient and apologized as my body levitated off the bed. It was more painful than the first 3 days of recovery but afterwards I felt so good. I don't have any advice about how to get through it but I will say don't avoid it, you need to move that fluid and start to heal. I am now at 2 months and still healing but EVERYDAY gets better. I love my results and I'm grateful for my Doctor!

I walked into Dr. Morales office knowing I wanted a change but not understanding what I wanted specifically. I had zero wish pics and totally trusted Dr. Morales. I am so satisfied with his care and concern from day 1 to now. He's always thinking long term beyond the surgery to give you life long results. Fitness, Health and Physique are the top priorities which gave me a holistic understanding of my transformation and for that, I am so grateful. I could not have made a better selection and feel so blessed to have Dr. Morales as my plastic surgeon.
