Dr. Brackup and his assistant, Michelle, explained everything to me. They answered all my questions and managed my expectations. I asked for suggestions to accomplish the look I wanted. Dr. Brackup explained and offered suggestions. He had me bring in pictures and he was very candid with what he could do. Cost was explained and broken down for me. There are no disappointments. I followed their directions to the letter. I am so pleased.
