He Might Be a Good Doctor, but Pay Attention to the Reviews.

I want to start off saying that this review doesn’t reflect on the amazing job that Dr. Carlos Gómez in Cali, Colombia is doing or have done for many girls. But I also have to say that he has the worst team you can ever imagine. Starting with his assistants; They seem to be people person, and good customer service when you are booking dates and giving you rates, but when you arrive there and after paying thousands of dollars you become another girl. First of all if you are from the states they make commission on everything that they offer to you so don’t fall for the trick of “I will get you the best prices” because they are not! they make commission of it and also treat you different if you don’t give them a tip. Second, they don’t follow up with phone calls or any type of information with your family members on the day of your surgery, so if you are getting a surgery unless you died your family won’t get a phone call. A few times I had to pay a nurse in the clinic to get information on patients I referred, but also for my self. Third, there is two ladies which are not qualify as nurses, but they were trained by the doctor on how to manage drainage and they are certified on after surgery massage. In occasions they become your doctor because Carlos Gomez is so busy that he can’t follow up on your surgery so he relies on his [RS bleep] UP team to care for you and treat you like a human when in their head you are another girl from the 12 girls they see a day. If you are a celebrity they will give you VIP services (obviously they are paying a higher rate) but it doesn’t mean the others don’t pay $20,000 for a silicone removal and they don’t speak the language and get treated like idiots because literary that is how the assistants think we are. In the pass 6 months 5 of my girls, including me have visited this doctor and we are happy with the results, but I think that anyone that googles Carlos Gomez should know that not all of the reviews and nice stories on his ig are real, some of them are exchange (yes like influencers exchanges) to give promotion to a doctor that is great at his job, but has a team that is not passionate about their job or simply don’t understand that for someone who’s never been in a foreign country needs to be treated with respect. I probably will be judge because I posted this, but it is the reality and unfortunately I am never referring anyone to this girls or doctor, because I don’t want anyone to feel like an animal when they need all of the support need it, been in a foreign country, with a different language( and only one person to translate in the office), sometimes risking your life getting in to places you don’t know and you never know if you are safe because on 6/11/21 the doctors recovery home was robbed and the 7 girls that were there had all of their documents, phones, money and suitcases taken by a gang. Lastly I can say that communication is key and maybe just communicating with DR Gomez would help resolved this issues, but like I mentioned he is always busy for this things and he thinks his team is the best when they are NOT. Good luck if you decide to have surgery with him, and hopefully my review helps them realize that we are human and not just a $$$$$$.
