He listens to what you want, your concerns, how you feel, what is important to you 11. He discusses everything with you so you are very clear on everything, you know exactly what is going on. 12. If you email him he will answer you within 24 hours 13. If you are in the hotel room after surgery he will come immediately to your room (his staff will be with you for the first 24-48 hours and daily after that) 14.
