First Experience

I seen Dr. V for my 6 months post op and as I thought I needed a revision. I paid for a lipo 360 which included upper bra roll.. that wasn't even touched and my lower abdomen was not done. I basically had to get the entire procedure again the only section that wasn't touched was my lower back and love handles. I was more scared this time around because all I kept thinking was this pain and discomfort all over again!! Dr. V did my revision and I can say that he made me feel very comfortable and he was soooo attentive to me. He made sure I was numbed when working on each area, explained to me each step he was doing and kept on making conversations with me. The minute he seen I was a bit uncomfortable he injected with more anesthesia and worked on another section. He made me laugh and smile so he was a pleasure. I felt that I was in the room longer with my revision then my first initial procedure with Dr. Perkins. Dr. V did not rush and kept scoping me at all angles until I was done. I can deff see results as in how flatter my stomach is that even when I sit I have no rolls. I'm still swollen still since I'm literally only 1 week post op I'm pretty okay as of now. Overall Dr. V is an amazing caring man but I will not spend another of my hard working money in here because of ill treatment from Maddie and Ella. First of they made it seem like I was "Lucky" that I had a revision done for free when on the contract it stated clearly that if not 100% satisfied or fat is left in treated area it's on the house. Then Ella was upset that Dr. V did my revision and not Dr. Perkins. First of all what idiot will want to do another revision with the same doctor who fucked up the first time? Dr. V has a business to protect and I highly doubt he would risk another screw up. Second I personally spoke with Ella before this second procedure. I paid for a postop care package that was completely half ass and got burned on 15 cavitation sessions!! I confronted her about it because this was not the type of service I expected and she specifically told me that she will give me a new package and don't worry about it. She fired all the old girls and was bringing in new girls who have years of experience with post op care so they will do my massages. Okay so that's done. I went to my 6 months post op again where Dr. V told me I need a revision and did it. Now I go in the day after the procedure to claim what she told me and do my first drainage. She made me feel like a beggar on the street like if I didn't spent 8,000 between surgery and half ass postop care. She kept on harping about my revision...my revision is on contract why is this being brought up like I have to take days off and loose money from work since I used all my sick days for the first procedure.. I have to go through this pain and discomfort all over again because of your surgeon if your gonna be mad at someone be mad at Dr. Perkins. Also I have tons of pics and a video on their IG page I came all the way from Queens to Harlem to do them for her and never received or asked for a dime. I honestly did it because I liked her very much but how she treated me that day was very uncalled for and I was so stunned in shock she wasn't trying to work with me at all and treated me like [RS bleep] on the street. She then proceeded to tell me she can only do 2 free massages which will be my draining. I said okay and got my first one on Thursday and made my appointment for Friday. Now I come Friday the front desk girl told me they only see I have one. I told her I spoke with Ella and spoke with April and made the appointment why would I come in pain all the way from Queens and make this up. The front girl went to speak with Ella and I'm pretty sure she told Maddie to tell me no. The front girl came back and told me that I need to speak with Maddie so I went to speak with her as LIVID and PAINED as I was I kept my cool because I knew exactly what will happen so said so done Maddie spoke to me like again this revision was a favor when ITS ON A [RS bleep] CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED FOR!!! and told me I cant get no second massage and everything goes through her Ella didn't tell her nothing and in the system there is only one massage listed. She also was saying April is nobody and she is the manager so it's what she say. Talking down at me like a peasant...this is not how u treat people period especially when your customers are paying thousands of dollars for work that wasn't done correctly. The work should be done correctly from the first time!!! Anyway they are very nasty individuals and are only nice to you to get your money after that they will kick u out the door like your nobody. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to do more work but with Dr. V for upper back and arm December but I have taken my money and services else where I feel sorry so Dr.V because you can see he is a good understanding kind man but I can't say the same for these two...Tuh god bless ...I hope no one goes through what I went through because it's not right.
