I am going to have my rhinoplasty this June 16, 2017 in the Philippines with Dr. Rino Lorenzo. I have seen some of his works and i truly am amazed with the results. I just wish that i will also get the result that i wanted and hopefully i meet some people here who had theirs with Dr. Lorenzo just to boost my confidence. I know i am in good hands but im still a bit anxious about having to go under the knife. I will update you guys once i am done with my procedure so its only 4 days to go and i will have mine. Wish me luck and pray for me. Thank you.

Don't do alarplasty. Avoid it if possible.

I had my alar revision 2.5 months ago with a different doctor. What I can advise you is to put the anti scar ointment religiously. I used dermatix ultra and aloe vera cream for my scar. It is hardly visible now. It is not as painful as it looks. In a week the stitches are off and after 10 days, I attended an event already. You might have a longer healing process since you will have chin augmentation too, but Kayang kaya mo yan!

My doctor was Dr. Marlon Lojo and my surgery happened in Healthway Alabang Town Center. Dermatix Ultra can be bought in Mercury Drugstore and even in Watsons. Buy the bigger tube. If you are leaving the Philippines after the surgery I am advising you to buy two bigger tubes. It will last you maybe 3 to 4 months depending on the amount that you consume daily. I am still using it because I am worried that my scar will develop some keloid after some time. I read one experience that it happened so I might put dermatix up until im on my third or fourth month. There is still a thin line reminiscing on where the cut was made but hardly noticeable. If you are vain enough worrying about some redness on the sides of your nose and under its tip, buy Belo tinted Sunscreen, it blends on my skin color well and hides the redness and protects me under the sun. You can buy it in Watsons too in SM branches. Feel free to message me anytime for inquiry.

My daughter just had her done today. And as expected, in so much pain. The only comment I have is that the pain med of ibuprofen 400mg is not enough and I doubled the dosage and had her take 2 when she's crying out for relief. 400mg is what I take for a headache or toothache, but for a surgery, even 800mg might not make a dent of pain relief.
But I found him to be very straight forward and honest about the results expected. He's not a salesperson, he wants you to be realistic about your goal.
Since today is the first day, all I can say, its painful to watch her, but we are very happy with what we saw even though she's all bandaged up.
