My nose looked good for the first year and a half... fast forward to now and it looks so horrible and pinched. You can see all the bones and cartilage now and it has made me so self conscious. It looks so pointy!! It’s been so depressing having to live like this. I regret going to this doctor. A good nose job should last, not just look good for a year then start collapsing

I personally think the photos of your nose look good but I completely understand each of us actually our own standards. I will say that the same thing happened with my nose surgery. I love it immediately after. Then about 2 years later I noticed that it didn't look the same and the cartilage had sunk again like prior to surgery. In all honesty, I think that the swelling can last a year or more and that cartilage sometimes doesn't take or breaks down. That is one reason nose surgery is so complicated. Cartilage has a mind of its own, unfortunately. I had a little filler put in my nose and it did help to even thing back out.
