If you take a look at my profile from earlier I've been trying to plan this breast augmentation since 2014. Then FINALLY! Went to settlement on my first home this year and was able to schedule my breast aug. The entire team at Belecara was amazing! Dr. Cohen, Michael made me feel as comfortable as possible. He was very informative prior to surgery. I met with the OR Nurse (Jamie) and Anesthesiologist (forgot his name), they were great also. My arrival time was 2:30pm and I went into surgery around 3:45pm. I gave a urine sample and had my IV inserted while I waited to be taken into the OR. I never had an IV so to my surprise my left arm became very cold and took some getting used to. I was given a warm blanket. Ok SHOWTIME: The RN and Anesthesiologist took me into the OR. From there I was given a cocktail then oxygen. One minute I was talking then the next moment I was awakened by my nurse in recovery. She asked me a few questions regarding how i feel then my boyfriend was brought to the back to go over care instructions. I must say he did a great job, not that I'm surprised lol. The night after my surgery was awesome. My discharge instructions stated I could resume sexual activity once I was comfortable. So that night......yea I'm sure u get my drift lol. The day after and today however has been worse than the day of. Nothing unbearable but I really have to stay on top of my pain meds(Vicodin). I haven't stopped smoking as I should but I've decreased a lot & I've been ok. I'll post more soon
