Breast Augmentation - And I Would Do It All over Again - Las Vegas, NV

I found this dark spot under my toenail. I didn't injure my foot or dropped anything nor did I wear any tight shoes. Only thing what I remember regarding my feet was at the beach a few weeks ago when I thought my feet got burnt front the sun. Other than that no signes of discoloration of toe nail (pic was taken when I took the nail polish off) or any signs of foul smell or itching. What could this be?

34 years old, one child, 5'4" and 115lbs, silicone implants under the muscle, left 375cc/ right425cc, round high profile, inframammary incision.

I was considering breast augmentation for quite some time and was researching for a qualified plastic surgeon. But I was very hesitant going through with it. A couple reasons were 1. Having implants which don’t belong in my body and 2. Complications.
I made my mind up that I wouldn't have a breast augmentation.
A month ago I met a woman. I admired the look of her chest which, I found out weeks after, were not real. I would have not guessed in her bikini top that she underwent breast augmentation.
She gave me the name of her surgeon who did her breast augmentation.
Dr. Christopher Khrosandi.
Of course I did my research. I couldn't find any negative reviews.
I decided to call the office to schedule a consultation. I called Monday morning and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. Patricia was able to get me in on that same Wednesday.
My first impression when I met Dr. Khrosandi was positive. Not some fancy, rich surgeon who talks down to you. He asked me what look I was wishing for. He explained everything you need to know and more.
We used the Vectra 3-D System which gave me a realistic view on how I will look with certain breast implant sizes instead of just imagining or stuffing some gel pads in my bras.
He showed me different sizes and shapes and also told me which size would be the maximum for my body he would go. I find it very important that a surgeon is willing to give a woman a realistic limit, especially for her first breast augmentation. Some females just want to “go bigger, or go home”.
Right after my first consultation I decided I want to go through with this. As soon as possible.
Dr. Khrosandi’s schedule was pretty booked, but Patricia was able to move things around and I was scheduled for surgery one week later.
The day of surgery. I was just a little bit nervous. Dr. Khrosandi saw me before I went in the OR to go over every detail we discussed during my consultation. I was in ease and I didn't have one doubt in my mind I chose the right surgeon.
In the OR, I was pretty gone real fast. When I woke up and my breast augmentation was done, it was dr. Khrosandi’s smiling face I saw first.
He checked up on me and was very pleased with the surgery.
My recovery is going very fast. And so far I am already very happy with the results only 2 weeks post op. and my husband too. I was uncomfortable for a few days and back to work in less than a week. I have some swelling which is absolutely normal. No bruising, no drainage. None of that.
I had two follow up visits with Dr. Khrosandi so far. One week post op, I was ready to go workout again. that’s how fast my recovery was. but unfortunately I wasn't cleared.
Dr. Khrosandi knows his job, he loves what he does. And you can definitely tell. He is a humorous and pleasant person. Not once did Dr. Khrosandi make me feel bad about my own body that I needed a breast augmentation nor did he urged/sell me to have one done. Also his practice staff is very nice. Especially his nurse Liz.
In 10 years, when I need to replace my implants I will definitely go back to see him. Even if he would close his practice in Las Vegas, I would not hesitate to go to his new practice in Beverly Hills.

Would I recommend Dr. Christopher Khrosandi? I definitely would and I already did!
