Can fat graft fix jawline/chin after RF damage?

I had a radio frequency treatment that completely melted the fat in my jawline and chin. It looks awful and I have an irregular jawline and makes me look jowelled now. Can a fat graft to the area correct my contours?

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. Yes, fat is often the preferred method to improve facial contour after RF.  I see at least one patient a week regarding this.  Most will see fantastic results after one session.  About 25% of people will need an additional session.  Do see someone experience in fat transfer.

Reversing loss of subcutaneous fat from radio frequency treatments is extremely difficult to do and have it look normal or the way your face looked before the RF treatment.
I personally would not attempted but I gave up on facial fat grafting many years ago because it is simply too unpredictable, fickle imprecise and unforgiving.
If you opt for this option I suggest starting with extremely conservative amounts of fat with a plan and re-doing the procedure every six months until you’re happy with the results. If too much fat survives from the procedure you’ll have a new problem that’s worse than the first.
These are technically very difficult procedures to do well.
You need to find the most talented and experienced provider and keep your expectations real.
This will probably require having a substantial number of in person consultations.
Trying to differentiate who has the greatest degree of talent and experience is not straightforward or easy.
I suggest doing it by simply during your consultation asking each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures of facial fat transfer work. Ask them to find as many pictures as possible of previous cases that would be as similar to yours as possible.Make absolutely sure that after pictures are taken at least three months from the date of the procedure.
Anybody showing you early postoperative pictures for fat transfer results such as pictures taken in the the operating room or patients we still have surgical markings should be dismissed and eliminated as a potential provider immediately.
Early results can look very good but do not at all represent final results.
An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 30 or 50 sets of before and after pictures and highly experienced providers will have hundreds.
Simply being shown a handful of pre-selected pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
Ask the provider to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and less than outcomes or outcomes when things did not turn out the way they had hoped or patients required revisions.
Finally I recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers for that a significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews.
