I have personally been performing nonsurgical nose jobs for well over fifteen years now, first with Radiesse and more recently with hyaluronic acid-based volumizers. The latter include Voluma XC and Restylane Lyft in my Manhattan office and Hyabell Deep and Restylane Volyme in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable volumizers are available. Throughout this extended period of time I have had many occasions for repeating the treatments as needed to maintain the improvements, and, to date, have not seen any build up of scar tissue, nor any widening of the nasal bridge, even after repeated touch-up injections at the same site throughout the years. As an aside, make sure that you consult and receive treatment from a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs, since post-surgical rhinoplasty noses tend to have compromised vasculature and fibrotic scarring underneath as a result of the prior surgery that can complicate a simple nonsurgical procedure. It's quite reasonable to try a hyaluronic acid gel filler (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) to build up an over-resected bridge. Avoiding the widening you fear can be done by placing the filler rather narrowly along the bridge. It is extremely unlikely that that would ever create unsightly volume or scarring. However, I usually suggest that if a patient likes the results from a hyaluronic filler, they may want to consider making it more permanent with a PMMA filler such as Bellafill rather than having to keep filling the area year after year.Hope this helps,--DCPPearson Facial Plastic Surgery®
