As an oculoplastics surgeon, specialized in disorders of eyelids and brows, I can tell you that there are several options besides surgery.
One is to use good medical-grade eye creams (such as ProPlus LifeLine, Elastiderm, and Neocutis).  Dysport is the neurotoxin that was found to be superior to botox for crows feet and lower lid wrinkles.  Microneedling, the Vampire Facial and/or Vampire FaceLift, are procedures to give longer-term results than the Dysport.  Laser resurfacing (especially with CO2 laser) is extremely effective at tightening the tissue, but needs to be done with a special corneal shield in place to protect your eyes!  It should be noted that your beautiful Spanish skin is at significantly higher risk for scarring and pigment problems after laser procedures, so laser resurfacing would not be among my top picks for you!!   Also, revolumizing boney loss over your cheek/under your eye can help lessen appearance of lower lid wrinkles and crepey skin.  Yet other options include medical chemical peels, such as Obagi Blue Peel (with trichloroactic acid) and VI-Peel with Booster.

I would avoid microneedling on skin that close to the eyelashes.  ThermiSmooth which is a gentle radiofrequency heat treatment can help provide better skin integrity along with the use of Alastin cream. Botox is very helpful for the outer eye creases but not all patients can have the lower eyelid creases treated with Botox as it can cause an exacerbation of pre treatment puffiness. A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery.
