31 Yo Mom of Twins, Active, Small Frame/ 365cc Inspira

After breastfeeding and pumping for 2 babies at the same time, my breasts felt and looked deflated. Ive always been small chested but after pregnancy/nursing/pumping my chest was even smaller and just looked saggy. My nipples even looked deflated. So I consulted with Dr. Mooty and discussed with him what I wanted-- my exact words were "I would like to look like I did when I was full of milk nursing--full C--small D cup". I did try on sizers though i didnt really find that helpful. It was more helpful to find a good surgeon who was experienced and who I could trust. Building rapport with Dr Mooty and his staff was easy as they seemed very down to Earth and caring and they seem to really understand what I wanted. On the day if surgery I was nervous and excited. I told him I trusted him to decide on the size--I just wanted them to fit my body and look as natural as possible. He chose 365cc Natrelle Insipra for L and R. These are silicone implants round with a high profile. I really am pleased with how natural they look. My body responded well and I was back to work the following Monday. The photos are before and then 4 months post op. Scars look great. I do have less nipple sensitivity on the right side (note in photos). The right side has also seemed to drop a little sooner than the left and seems a little less full when compared with the left. I know they are not exact matches but they look so much better---I am back to a fully inflated chest and larger than O have ever been before. I feel like these fit my small frame perfectly!!!
