I had a full face, forehead, eye, and lower jaw...
I had a full face, forehead, eye, and lower jaw lift. I was told my forehead & jawline would be smoother and that my eyes would be even and lifted. Dr. Douglas Gervais had great reviews. This was $16,700! I could not close my eye and had to tape it shut for 4 months, and now my eyeball is off-centered and my brow is droopy. I have gone back several times and he says I have strong "activated" muscles around the eyes and he injected a bit of botox, but I did not notice any difference.

He and his staff were very nice and professional BEFORE the procedure, but not after, even though I was professional. He said he was happy with the results because I did not look overdone. I don' t even look done at all! I had not noticed that the reviews and photos on his website are years old, and you cannot leave new reviews. Now what can I do?
