Hair Transplant in Turkey – 9 Months On, Honest Review I had my hair transplant in November last year in Turkey, and overall, the experience was very professional and smooth from start to finish. The communication before the trip was excellent — I was given clear instructions, sent photos for graft estimates, and kept well informed throughout. Airport pickup and hotel check-in were seamless, and the clinic was conveniently located right next to the hotel. On arrival, I underwent thorough health checks, including a blood test and screening to ensure I was fit for the procedure. As someone with high blood pressure, I was even referred to a doctor beforehand to confirm I was a suitable candidate — which showed real care for patient safety. The consultation and hairline design were collaborative, and I was able to adjust the proposed hairline to better suit my preference. The surgery day itself was long, but the team of 3–4 technicians worked efficiently. Numbing the scalp was the most uncomfortable part, but once that was done, the process was tolerable. Post-surgery swelling was more intense than expected, but I was reassured this was normal due to fluid used during the procedure. The clinic provided a comprehensive aftercare kit, full guidance on washing and sleeping, and follow-up support via WhatsApp, which has continued month-by-month to track my progress. Now, 9 months on, I’m really happy with the results — my hair has grown in well, and I’m seeing a big difference. My father was a surgeon and Dr Cinik follows the three most important surgical rules. 1- the procedure is executed perfectly. 2- the immediate post op care is excellent. 3- the healing process is perfected and monitored. The Patient needs to follow the washing and medication protocols without error and exactly as he explains. This is made so easy with his videos and written explanations.

We suggest to use dermaroller after 8 month from the transplant. You need to use it at least 3 months or more. If you had side effects on minoxidil, you can use Rosemary oil.
