Breast Surgery

One of the procedures I am best known for is breast augmentation, using my hidden armpit incision technique. During this procedure, I place the breast implant underneath the muscle via a small incision in the armpit, which results in beautiful, natural-looking breasts with no visible scarring. I also frequently perform breast lifts, to elevate and reshape breasts that have sagged, as well as breast reduction, male breast reduction (gynecomastia correction), and breast implant replacement or removal. Oftentimes, the patient will choose to have a breast lift done at the same time as the breast implant replacement for firmer, more youthful-looking breasts. During your consultation at my San Antonio practice, I will learn about your ideal breast size, shape, and position and recommend the ideal breast implants or another procedure, to create the look you desire.

Abdominoplasty

When I perform a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) for my San Antonio patients, I make the incision very low. This allows it to remain hidden even when patients wear revealing clothing, such as a bikini or underwear. To enhance the patient’s comfort and aid in recovery, I usually insert a pain pump during this procedure. During the procedure, the excess skin and fat is removed, and the muscles below the skin are tightened. I can also perform liposuction, to fully sculpt the abdomen, flanks, and other areas. To enhance patient comfort during recovery, I insert a pain pump. The result is a toned, slender midsection with tight abdominal muscles.
