As a specialist in Rhinoplasty for the past 15 years, I have focused my attention on refining and advancing my techniques in order to produce the best possible results for my patients. I primarily perform closed Rhinoplasty procedures in approximately 98% of my cases. We work on imaging projections together to produce an optimal goal. I like to educate my patients during the consultation process and provide technical details so they can fully understand their procedure. I find that this helps during the post-operative recovery process tremendously. I pride myself in producing natural looking, proportional noses, that function properly and will maintain their shape for years to come.

I had a lip lift and fat transfer to the cheeks, under eyes and nasal labial folds with Dr. Westreich. The results look so natural, and that’s testament to how detail oriented he is. I have almost no scarring. It was done in the office, which I was at nervous about at first but it turned out to be way better actually. If I get the chance to choose that as an option in the future, I definitely will. Deff recommend!

Best decision I’ve ever made. I always hated my nose and have always wanted to have a rhinoplasty procedure. Writing this review a year after my surgery. In short, I couldn’t be happier.
I chose Dr. Westreich after consulting 3 doctors. While he was one of the more expensive, his thoughtfulness with his explanation of his approach and the in-office mock-ups of the future product are what sold me. ...read moreDr Westreich went above and beyond. He is an expert in both rhinoplasty and septoplasty, with natural looking male results. He basically got the nose to look exactly as the computerized image in the initial consult. Surgery was done in 2019, and it was a one and done. Dr Westreich makes you feel comfortable, but also very professional and a wealth of information. I also must commend his staff, they were so helpful every step of the way.
Great experience with professional team. Seamless process from beginning to end. I was comfortable throughout and surgery was painless. Recovery was fast and easy with very minimal bruising or downtime.
Dr. Westreich did my revision in August 2021. I has previously gotten my nose done in 2015 with another doctor and was always unhappy with the result, which seem to get worse and droopier with time to the point I started wishing for my original nose back. Dr. Westreich did such an excellent job that my nose looks 1000 times better than before - I couldn’t not be happier with the result, which has truly changed my entire confidence level with my face
