Dr. Danovich and her staff are incredibly kind and professional, I felt at ease throughout the entire procedural process from initial consultation through follow-up. The Pre and Post procedural instructions were clearly explained and written copy was provided which was very helpful so that I would not forget anything.
I have had a great experience here- the customer service is excellent, and you can tell the staff really know what they are doing. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and care I received.
Super kind and welcoming staff! Patty is the person who I worked with first, and she did a great job of communicating with me and making me feel like there was always someone on the other end. All I can say is Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I was extremely anxious coming to Dr. Donavich . I had a very bad experience with another doctor who performed lipo on my abdomen. Dr. Danovich performed an eye surgery on me for hooded eyes and to remove fat under my eyes which were making me look old and tired all the time. Recovery took about 6 weeks but I am so happy I decided to go through with it. All my friends and family love the results so far. Planning on a facelift next.
Just had a tummy tuck procedure about 2 months ago with Dr. Danovich and I wish I did this sooner. I went back and forth on this decision for a good year because of my nerves and anxiety but the staff (such sweet ladies) helped me move forward and I am so thankful that they did.
