The amount of volume of fat to be harvested and injected will be too high to avoid general anesthesia. In order to contour these areas and inject fat appropriately, 3-4L of liposuction will likely need to be performed. This amount of liposuction, not to mention the actual injection of the fat, will preclude you from undergoing this procedure without general anesthesia.

Lipo can be done totally awake under local, asleep with sedation under local, or asleep under general with a breathing tube down your throat. If you're scared of general and also scared of totally awake, find a lipo expert that offers IV sedation (aka twilight aka MAC) with an anesthesiologist. The bigger question is what to do about the loose skin and loose muscles on your belly??? These are details that don't improve with lipo and usually wind up looking worse with wrinkles, etc. You look like an ideal candidate for tummy tuck + lipo 360 + BBL and might need 2 sessions to do all the work. Thank you for your question. Tumescent liposuction is a great option for you since you do not want general anesthesia. Awake liposuction allows the surgeon to sculpt your body in a more precise manner since you are able to turn on the operating table to address all surgical areas better. Fat transfer to the buttocks(BBL) can also be done in this manner. It is important that you do your research and find a Sugeon who has a lot of experience performing this procedure. There are new methods available to use ultrasound guidance to place the fat in the buttocks to make the procedure safer. Good luck on your journey!

Many issues presented here. Awake lipo is limited therefore lipo360 under light general anesthesia offers best outcomes. Max lipo in Florida is 4 liters BTW. Arm lipo not indicated in yor case since excess skin would hang. Best to seek in person or virtual consults with ONLY private practice boarded PS. As for BBL, you are a great candidate. Fees in the $8,000-$12,000 ranges.

The procedure combination you describe is usually referred to as a Brazilian butt lift or a BBL.

Most plastic surgeons use general anesthesia but some of us do these procedures using local anesthesia with various levels of sedation.

Personally I converted and gave up general anesthesia for Liposuction and fed transfer mid career. I have found avoiding general anesthesia gives me better results, makes the procedure easier to recover from makes it safer and saves my patient a significant amount of money.

You’ll simply need to find local providers who have experience doing these procedures with patients awake. Some and some will not.

You may be able to find this information on providers websites. I would say providers who have experience doing awake BBL with our general anesthesia will most likely include that on their website.

Depending on where you live there is also a company called elite buddy Sculpture that does these procedures without general anesthesia and they have clinics across the country.

From your photos, I note fullness of the abdomen, flanks, and hips associated with moderate stretch marks of the lower abdomen. There is a small suprapubic shelf. The buttocks are relatively small.
From height and weight data, your BMI is 25.09, on the cusp between normal and "slightly" overweight.
Stretch marks indicate the presence of permanently damaged overstretched skin where the dermal elastic fibers have ruptured resulting in the loss of elasticity. The skin may stretch over a greater area, predisposing to sagging.
The Brazilian butt lift is performed by performing liposuction in areas of fatty tissue excess and transplanting it into the buttocks to improve shape and size.
The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia or IV sedation if smaller volumes are required with only one or two areas treated, or under general anesthesia for larger amounts or number of treated areas. There is a limit in the amount of local anesthetic which can be safely administered before toxicity results.
From the number of areas requiring treatment, I think you would be best served having the procedure performed under a general anesthetic. Anything less will be a compromise.
