27, 9 months post-op tummy tuck I got a bulge after paddling, have I ruined result? (Photos)

I am 27 years old and had tummy tuck 10 months ago. Everything was going smooth until about 9 months post op I went paddling where I paddled and carried the paddling board for a few kilometers. The same day I got swelling/bulge where I used to have after surgery but had resolved and flattened. It has gone down a bit since but is still very visible. I did ultrasound and no fluid was detected. I am very concerned. Have I ruined/raptures my result at 9 months post op and will I need another surgery

HelloThe hardness would not occur just because you started exercising after surgery 6 years ago. The cause of the bulge can be identified through an ultrasound. Treatment can be planned based on the diagnosis.
