Breast discoloration / bumps. How can I treat this? (Photo)

Hello, I’m a 33 year old Caucasian female who developed bumps and discoloration on both areola’s. They showed after my pregnancies (3) and never went away. I’m super self conscious about it and not sure what the condition would be or how to treat it??? I have fair skin and notice a similar discoloration on my mouth/lips
