Mommy makeover plus rhinoplasty? Is it safe? Is 6 hours enough time for both?

6 hours is a safe operation time. Lipo and tummy tuck usually take about 3 hours, breast lift can take 2-3 hours and a rhinoplasty takes 1-2 hours. I do not believe I would be able to do all these procedures in that amount of time.

Combining procedures is common and considered safe, but there is a limit. Typically the procedures you are considering minus the rhinoplasty would be considered a full day in the OR. It is up to you of course how you want to proceed. I encourage you to speak with your surgeon about your concerns. It is important that you are comfortable and confident as you prepare for surgery.

I’ve never seen truly excellent surgeons be fast in the operating room.
Being slow doesn’t make surgeons good but those who operate fast are never going to get the best results.
Quality work takes time and doing that much work in less than six hours is going to require cutting corners.
There are a lot of variables to take in the consideration.
The size of the patient, the amount of fat being removed, the extent of the tummy tuck, what type of breast lift, etc. etc. etc.
I generally always recommend patients have multiple consultations before selecting a provider and scheduling surgery.
Having only one consultation, more or less eliminates the ability to choose a better provider.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who look just like you do who had the same combination of procedures.
Bring pictures of yourself to use that reference during the consultation.
Ask your surgeon if you can talk to previous patients who had the same or similar combinations of procedures.
I would say a fast tummy tuck is about three hours and the quality one is probably four hours plus.
A breast lift can take 1-4+ hours as well.
Quality rhinoplasty surgery takes time as well.
Saying you’re having liposuction it doesn’t really mean much. How much? How many areas.
Extensive full body quality liposuction can take half a day.
