Dear Misslizette2,women’s breasts have some degree of asymmetry. Some may be more noticeable than others. If you have breast asymmetry before breast augmentation surgery, there is a great chance that this will exhibit right after the surgery.If the asymmetry becomes more noticeable after breast augmentation surgery, a revision may be needed to correct the asymmetry. In most cases, the revision involves correction in both breasts. For example, large breasts can be reduced to a more manageable size, but the amount of reduction might differ between each breast if one happens to be naturally larger than the other. The same can be said if a person wants to augment their small breasts to a larger size: one might be augmented more than the other.Also, you should wait until after 6 months when your implants have completely dropped and fluffed into their final position. Hello,If your surgeon was looking to see the effects of Thermi on breasts, it should not have been performed immediately after surgery. What ever issues you are having with your breasts, good or bad, can never be attributed with certainty to Thermi. Your question cannot be answered with confidence. You'll need to heal and be reassessed at 3 months. If your surgeon isn't an ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specializes in revision breast surgery, you may want to get a second opinion from one if you are not happy in the future. are not profound so your breasts will not be hugely impacted by what you had done.  Themi in theory tightens your ligaments in your breast and can produce some improvements in lifting breasts, especially when scarring is not desired.  If your implants were not impacted, I don't think there is much to worry about and as you heal, everything should get better and you should return closer to what you saw after your revision BA.  As for asymmetry of your areola, its subtle but you say you didn't have any... only your pre-op measurements your surgeon took beforehand will determine if it was already present.
