Why are my ears going back to normal after otoplasty? I'm 10 days post op.

About 10 days ago I had otoplasty abroad. Once the surgeon finished the operation, I looked at my ears and I was happy with what i saw. I had bandage around my ears for 8 days and since then ive been wearing a headband. This was what I was told to do. I got my stiches taken out on day 10 however there's still some left as some weren't ready to be taken out. It's been nearly 2 weeks since my otoplasty and my ears have basically gone back to how they was. Will my ears change with time?

Thanks for the question. After 6 weeks your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can do boxing and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.

Sutures only become visible after Otoplasty if they are not properly buried. If they become visible, there is a chance that they become infected and there is no other way to clear the infection other than taking the sutures out. Problem with Otoplasty is that if you take the sutures out, you...
