From your photos, it appears as though your Kybella treatment worked well as there is less submental fat in the second photo. When looking at your profile, it appears as though you may be a candidate for chin augmentation. When evaluating one's profile, if a vertical line was drawn straight down from the most protruding part of the lower lip, the chin should just touch this line. Chin augmentation with either filler or an implant might give a more balanced profile. Becky Hamilton, APRN at Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery
Hello there! I think your result is great! That being said, if you are unhappy, I would consider doing filler or a fat transfer to the areas you are concerned with. Fat will, of course, last longer than filler. I would recommend consulting with an expert in facial aesthetics for this correction. Good luck to you! Sarah RN BSN
Kybella permanent removes the fat that you have in the submental area. Your photos look good. However, if you gain weight you are likely to gain weight and may gain in that same area. In addition, you can have Voluma added if there is an area that you are unhappy with. Best, Dr. Green
The areas of fat that were removed by injections of Kybella will never be repopulated by fat cells. If you gain weight the fat not destroyed by Kybella can expand and occupy the space vacated by the treatment with Kybella.FWIW your photo looks good.

Hello and thanks for your question. Icing the area after your Kybella injections is really the best way to manage swelling and soreness. I don’t typically tell my patients to wrap after their treatment, as this has not been shown to help and may even hinder the healing process somewhat. The b...
I assume there is some confusion here. Kybella is indicated only for under the chin. I hope you didn't really have it injected under your eyes. I cannot possibly fathom why anyone would inject it under a patient's eye.
Kybella is the first and only non-surgical treatment approved by the FDA for treating fullness under the chin (double chin). It is good for dissolving the submental fat under the chin area while contouring the jawline and making the chin more defined, but a combination approach is needed to g...
Hi Hunter, Kybella is a great option for the banana roll -- both for fat reduction and overall skin tightening. We actually combine this treatment with BTL and Venus Legacy, energy devices like Thermage and Ultherapy, and internal threads to improve the tightness and tone as needed. However, to g...
