My areolas pop out of EVERY BRA or shirt. What are my options? (photos)

With so large implants, there is significant pressure to breast tissue, including part that is underneath the areolas. As long as you have large implants you may experience this problem. I would not recommend anything done to correct that problem per se since it is going to create more scar without noticable improvement. Good luck.

Your implants are too large for you body. I recommend implant exchange for smaller implants with a simultaneously lift.

It happens because your bra isn’t large enough. I’m sure you can find a bra that covers the nipples.. if not I’m sure one could be custom made. Surgically the only thingy out could do is put much smaller implants in

I would recommend replacement with smaller implants and an internal lift

Your mammoth implants are just too large for your tissue and frame. Surgery will not change anything. You may have to wear less revealing bras with such large implants since these large balls will not fit most bras. The bra you are wearing does not fit. You need much smaller implants to properly fit bras.
