I have always thought of breast augmentation my teens years and beyond that. When it came to picking a "size" He is very realistic and ideal on what you want and what he thinks you may need. I went into this knowing all the pros and cons and also not "expecting" a certain look or size. we looked at pictures of "likes" and "don't likes" so he had an idea of the "look" I wanted. Then when it came to size I gave an average what what I thought I wanted and he made the perfect choice for me right before surgery, we had already tried a few on and he made his professional decision with my permission before surgery and They are perfect! I'm a small girl and my breast are now a D but they look good on me, thanks to his professional placement and decision, bigger then what I thought I wanted to begin with but now i know i would have regretted going smaller, most common thing i heard from women with implants was i wish i did a little bigger. (For those who only want a little more of a size but still natural looking that is) Let me tell you! Mine Feel and Look natural and have only got compliments on them and how natural they look and feel!
I have met with a few different surgeons before. Dr. Tholen was the most confident and realist out of all of them! He continues to see his patients years on end to see what his work looks like 2 years, 5 years and 15 years down the road, that is how he improves on his technique and quality breast!
