Dr. Pyle, The Artist in the Science of Making People Beautiful!!
WORTH IT$8,900
Dr. Pyle is very knowledgeable and skilled as a surgeon with a team of extremely sweet and caring professionals. Upon my initial consultation, I must state he does not look old enough to be a surgeon with years of experience! Once he began the consultation, it was immediate obvious of his extensive knowledge and expertise in the skill set of perfecting the human body. He put me at east with his comprehensive overview of the procedure and the benefits that I would receive if I followed his advice. The next week I scheduled an appointment and within 1 month I had my surgery.
It was in the process of the procedure where Dr. Pyle shined as a personable doctor who actually cares about his patients.
I have Hashimoto's disease hypothyroidism, which intensified my fears of having surgery. I expressed this to the Dr. and his nurse, who both ensured me that I would be fine, but did the extra work of reviewing my lab work for my peace of mind. I was also reassured that I was not the anomaly, that he operates on many women with the same issue.
The day for surgery came and Dr. Pyle came and marked me up, talked to me, reassured me, and basically brought my nerves down. I didn't need to see the markings, I told him to do what he does best, I actually trusted him to make the appropriate decisions for the best outcome. I then met his amazing Anesthesiologist prior to going under. She also explained to me the entire process of how the body processes the chemicals, which left me completely feeling so much better. In addition to her 30 years experiences, it didn't hurt that she shared a name with my mama, Ms. Deborah!
I needed that extra touch, the extra attention and reassurance because I was so nervous. That is the type of attention to details and caring about how the patient feels that makes the difference. Most doctors see patients as things to examine, but Dr. Pyle makes you feel like you are part of his family and will do everything to ensure you are not just satisfied with your results but also safe throughout the entire process. The entire staff, from Jessica, who booked my consultation, to the nurse who saw me at my pre-op and post-op, forgive me for missing her name, but they were all like a well oiled machine. I could feel the integrity and sense of family among them, and for a few moments, I became part of their tight-knit family.
The procedure I received was a progressive-style tummy tuck (no tubes) with aggressive liposuction to my waist and flanks and abdominal muscle repair. It wouldn't have mattered what procedure I received, I believe I would of received the same care and consideration.
I had my procedure on July 11, 2018, I am currently 12 days Post Operation and I am off of all pain medicines. I didn't have extra perks like a recliner or walker and I made it just fine. It was painful on day 1 for me because I had a 2 hours ride home, but once I got my second dose of meds I was fine. After a week of meds I was ready to try to do without it. I am swollen, but not bigger than I was prior to the surgery, so I am not complaining about that! The best advice is to just listen to the doctor's advice and take it easy - and remember to eat!

So great to hear! I have surgery scheduled with Dr. Pyle for January! I saw him back in June and would have scheduled it right away, but with my husbands work schedule being so hectic right now we have to put it off till January :(... but I can’t wait! Thanks for sharing your story... makes me even more excited!!

You are so welcome! I couldn’t wait!!!! It is exciting and I’m so happy for you! He is amazing! I actually have been so impressed that I’m not in pain! I feel so blessed to have found him! You will defiantly need your husbands help so smart to wait. Also, I never bought any of the crazy stuff I’ve seen on YouTube - women are recommending all this stuff, but I just took the recommended meds and I added Tylenol gel caps on between. Best of luck to you and keep us posted on your journey!

How many liters were taken out?

July 29, 2018
I was probably at the max amount! As you can see my tummy was out of control! ;-)

That is a great question... I never asked afterwards, but prior I asked if the limit for lipo is the same limit as what can be removed with the tummy tuck. I believe he said it is not the same limit, but he is limited by vesicular fat; which is around major organs. The only fat that can be removed was just below the surface. I will ask how much was removed at my next appointment!

How is the swelling?

July 27, 2018
My swelling is mostly from lipo - but it’s not bad, I do take turmeric for it and it seems to work. I thought it would be swollen so I would look a lot bigger but it’s nothing like that. It’s minimal, but I’m aware of it.

Just a current pic update. I’m a little swollen, but the pain is more in my back after standing for a while. Slowly regaining endurance. I don’t touch the belly button, it will heal when it’s ready but it doesn’t bother me at all.
My diastasis reti was bad, I was always feeling bloated, not realizing that my muscles were actually pushing my stomach out more! I really couldn’t ever see abs no matter how much I worked out, even when I was really thin!
Yes, I am actually 2 weeks today and since Saturday I went off all meds and I was standing straight up at my one week check-up, but my back would still get sore. The last two to three days I have been walking, going, and almost back to normal energy levels. I just woke up, I have a small amount of discomfort, but nothing worth pain meds, it’s very minimal.
I had aggressive lipo, really everywhere there were fatty spots that wouldn’t come off with the tummy tuck. Also the lipo shapes and contours your body! A lot of people get it done after, but I recommend doing it all at once! He told me he does the lipo before the tummy is opened and after, so he has two chances to ensure it looks how he wants! My lipo parts are still swollen but I know they will go down with some time. I’m still completely happy, which is a great feeling. The amount also included my garments, you receive 2 - 1 at surgery and another at the follow up, also included the lipo for all parts! The consultation fee is also deducted from your total.
I hate my before pics so much but I will post some of my own I looked pregnant! The after pics are still really new but I’ll oost some for your review!
Enjoy and I hope you get your desired outcome with whomever you choose!
